Excellent breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. Impeccably clean rooms, absolutely gorgeous view to the mountains and gardens below. Wonderful area, great location, near Cernobbio, where there is a good range of restaurants and a lovely public square on the lake, the bus stops, and a longer trip up the lake:)))

Breakfast pretty standard.

The staff were courteous, and the room was extremely spacious with the contemporary style and a nice view, as for instance. Central location was a plus.

A view that makes you stay

Waking up to amazing views of Lake Como was a daily treat. The outdoor pool and cute staff created a homey atmosphere. Highly recommended for active travelers!

Unfortunately, the check-in process was frustrating. Our original room was not available, and we faced some difficulty with the breakfast options, leaving us wanting more variety.

i liked all the services except that the lobbby and the breakfast room did not have any view t the beautiful scenery

the important factor that bothered us very very much was the address description printed on your hotel cards...........i do not want to make big deal out of this, but any time/several times that we got a taxi from outside the hotel to take us to the hotel we faced very big problem, the drivers did not find the way, they were going to quite different direction.....we really lost some money.....because they were turning around and we had to call the hotel for their direction.....

The Room was nicely spaced, and bathroom was nice and cleanBut as per the right up is no where near the lake!!!!! So don't expect a view of the lake from any room in the hotel and if they tell you you have a lake view they are lying as we so rudely found out and we stayed in a Delux room not even a standard room, Staff are competent but extremely unwilling to cross the language barrier to accomodate any requests!!Continental Breakfast Buffet be warned is extremely limited!!

Service makes up for hiccups

We booked a pool view twin room for 2 nights. The room was comfy and spacious, nice! Had some trouble with our dinner reservation at the Michelin star restaurant, but Giulio, the manager, jumped in to help. He apologized for the mix-up and gave us a discount. The poolside snack bar was perfect for quick bites, too.

The staff was extremely helpful for visitors new to the area. The location of the hotel was excellent for getting to the boat tours of the lake.

The restaurant at the hotel was very good. And there was a great family owned restaurant, Vecchia Tavernola, just a short walk, across from the ferry stop that I'd highly recommend. Good food and excellent service. The staff at the hotel were very helpful in giving directions and suggestions for our stay.

The furniture and decor was a bit outdated.

Great pool area and friendly staff, but housekeeping entered our room unannounced frequently.

Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and a good size, free sky tv. Breakfast had a large selection. Short walk from a ferry stop. It was a good base place to stay as we had a car we could easily drive to another town,but wouldn't recommend it if you don't have a car. Currently building a pool will be better when the pool is ready.

I thought it had a large park ground for running but it was not as big as I thought. No tea and coffee facility in the room.

Can recommend for a holiday

Comfortable room, excellent dining, with the air conditioning being superb, and the food experience at the Kitchen restaurant was really good.

Everything was ideal.

The room was quite big, well equipped. The price is reasonable. It is not right in the Como city, 15 minutes by car, or there is public transportation nearby. But to experience Como Lake area, you have to have a car anyway.

The decoration is a bit old, but no big deal.

High quality large business hotel if somewhat impersonal , well managed and with facilities to meet the expectations of their clientele. Sizeable, well equipped rooms.

Some difficulty in ascertaining where our dinner reservation was for. Eventually ate in a 'bistro' style grill restaurant with a disappointingly limited menu, although the quality of food was good.
